Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupvermicelli noodles (about 50 grams)
  2. 1/2 cupmilk (about 120 ml)
  3. 2 tablespoonssugar (about 25 grams)
  4. Some chopped mango
  5. 1 cupmango pulp (about 240 ml)
  6. 2-3 teaspoonschopped almonds and pistachios
  7. 2 tablespoonsmango or vanilla ice cream
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoonsrose syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the mango and blend it with a little milk and sugar. Soak the basil seeds in water. Boil the vermicelli noodles, then rinse with cold water and drain.

    In two glasses, add some soaked basil seeds, rose syrup, vermicelli noodles, a little ice cream, mango pulp, and some milk. Repeat the layers in the glass and top with more ice cream.

    Add chopped almonds, pistachios, and tutti frutti, then serve with chopped mango.
