Mike's Snow Crab Leg Creamy Dip

Today I charged my 8 year old student Stephen with creating a dish out of one day leftover Snow Crab Legs. This was his fantastic culinary creation. If you enjoy crab, cream cheese, chives, lemon, garlic and pepper - you'll love his recipe! All pictures and directions were posted solely by him! [well most. he's a terrible speller but, a fantastic cook!] Excelent work kiddo! This dip was definitely delicious! I could eat this all day long!

° Quadruple this recipe for barbecues, picinics or parties.° Once chilled, this dip stands up very firm. With that, it's perfect for dipping hard vegetables and sturdy crackers in - and even molding. But, if you're wanting a creamier version for spreading on soft breads - just add 1/4 cup [- or +] additional sour cream.° Feel free to get creative with this recipe. Mike's Creamy Avocado Dip & Spread Mike's Creamy Avocado Dip & Spread
We use this delicious, refreshing creamy avocado recipe as a dip, a healthy topping for baked potatoes, a spread for tortas/tacos/burritos/seafood sliders and Southwestern burgers. Also, as a tasty Mexican salad dressing. We even regularly dip our French Fries into this dip.Feel free to employ fresh vegetables and herbs if you know all will be used at one party setting. If not, utilize dried herbs for a longer lasting dip/spread. Since I'm making this for my wife's co-workers lunch tomorrow - I'm going with all dried. At the last moment - prior to serving - I'll always add chilled minced purple onions and chopped extra firm tomatoes for additional texture and bite.
