Ingredients

  • 300 gmfillets of taingan fish
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tspnOlive oil
  • 1 tspnGinger garlic paste

Steps

    Clean fish pieces

  2. 2

    In a bowl add fish add salt, lemons juice, ginger,garlic paste,1 tspn oil mix well.

  3. 3

    Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    In a nonstick pan add oil. Place fish pieces. Cook from both sides
