Ingredients

  1. 1 big bowl black channe washed for 1 night
  2. 1onion
  3. 1big Tomato
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 spoondry dhania / coriander
  6. 1 big spoon oil
  7. 1/2 spoonjeera / cumin
  8. 1 small spoon salt
  9. 1/2 small spoon red chilli
  10. 1/2 small spoon haldi

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil channe. Grind tomato, onion and green chilli.

  2. 2

    Boil oil. Add jeera and dry dhania. Now add grinded mixture.

  3. 3

    Now add spices written and fry them. Now put channe in it.

  4. 4

    Now give it 2 whistle in pressure cooker and serve it.
