#bakeacookiecontest My simple special cookie recipe was superb, it's the best cookies i have ever tested. When I came across this cookies contest, I started thinking to make something new out of it. I came up with this simple recipe and it was wow!. All thanks to Cookpad community for making us creative.

Ingredients

1/2 cupflour
3tbspoon oat
2tbspoon vanilla custard
2tbspoon sugar
2tbspoon butter
3tbspoon milk powder
Pinchsalt
1/2tspoon baking powder
1/2tspoon ginger powder
1egg

Steps

Pre-heat oven to 160°C and grease baking tray with butter

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, add butter and mix truly.

Beat in egg and continue mixing till you get a sticky dough. Shaped as desired and bake for 10 to 15 mins.

Enjoy it with hot tea or cool drink

I served mine with chilled hibiscus drink.
