Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts
  • Halh a kilo pumpkin cubes
  • Halfa kilo brocoli
  • Mash potato
  • Gravy
  • Yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Minirate the breasts in the yogurt over night.

  2. 2

    Steam the pumbkin for 7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Steam the borocli for 7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the breasts on a very law heat for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve with mash potato and gravy.
