Ingredients

  • 2 glassmilk chilled
  • 1 bowl curd
  • 15 almonds
  • 15cashewnuts
  • 15 raisins
  • 5-6dried fig chopped (if required soak in water)
  • 2-3Cardamom
  • A pinchsaffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the dry fruits in a blender jar.

  2. 2

    .add half milk and blend to a semi fine or fine paste

  3. 3

    .then add remaining milk,curd,sugar and little bit saffron..blend again..and pour in glasses..

  4. 4

    Garnish with saffron and dryfruits(optional).
