Cut the onion and capsicum in square pieces add oil in a pan and Stir fry them for 2 minutes.

Put the eggs in a bowl and wisk them add bit of salt and black paper in it and then fry them in a pan with 1 tbs oil after egg is done cut it into square shapes

Cut the chicken into pieces like in the picture below

Wash the chicken

Now in a big pan add oil and heat the oil then add garlic ginger paste stir fry for 1 minute

Add chicken and cook the chicken until the colour change into white then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder,black paper powder, salt and mix well

Now put the chicken for ten minutes on low gas then add tomato paste, tomato purée, soya sauce and mix well and leave it for 5 minutes on low gas

Then add your stir fry vegetables and egg and one tomato without seeds cut into square shape and put all in the pan and mix well

At the end add gram masala, cumin powder and mix put the chicken in low gas until its tender.
