Steps

Take the yeast,abit sugar & the water. Let this sit for 7-8 mins to proove

In a bowl sieve the flour,add tge salt,sugar. Mix. Now add the oil.

Rub till well mixed, now add the yeast mixture. Mix & add the milk

Bind into a medium soft dough.

If you feel more liquid is required add water

Knead till the dough is smooth & pliable

Drizzle oil & cover. Leave to proove for 1&1/2 hours

After this punch the dough. Knead again.

Roll into a big round & cut out into doughnut shape.let them rest for 15-20 mins

Now deep fry them, till golden brown

Now decorate them with a glaze,jam or melted chocolate & decorate with sparkles
