Sub se pehle pan main oil dal ke qeema bhon lein.

Jb color change hojaye tou add onion and add all the spices and add 1/2 cup water and let it cook

Maiday main salt dal ke,knead it properly and cover it for 1hour and set it aside

Qeemay ka pani jb khushk hojaye tou let it cool and set it aside for a while

Kneaded maiday ke pairay bna lein and then roti ki trah bail lein

Now with the help of a cookie cutter or any round shape thing, cut it in a shape of circle

Now fill the centre with that qeema filling and close it by pressing it with fingers while turning the potli also or you can seal it in half moon shape also,as you like variation can be done.

Deep fry the samosa potli and serve it with hari chatni or ketchup
