Firstly crumbled the dhokala and heat the oil in a kadai and put mustard, cumin seeds and asafoetida in it and when the cumin seeds start to crackle then add onion, green chilli and peas in it and saute it for few seconds and add all dry spices(expect salt) in it and saute it.

When the masala cooked then add crumbled dhokala and salt, fried peanuts and coriander leaves and mix it well.

Garnish with onion rings, green chilli and peanuts and serve hot.
