I wash and add the meat to a pot add maggi thyme and the onions and cook for 20 mints

When its done a set oil of about 1ltr to a pan and add the chicken to fry for abt 5 mints

I add oil onions and the red ball pepper and scotch bonnet add maggi and curry

A stir and add the chicken I cover to cook for 5 mints
