Ingredients

1 serving

1big tomato, sliced
125 gmsmozzarella ball, sliced
1/2avocado, finely chopped
5-8basil leaves, finely chopped
To taste, salt
To taste, fresh ground pepper
Dashfresh lemon juice
Olive oil add according to preference

Steps

For the dressing, in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, chopped avocado and basil leaves, mix well.

On a serving plate, place tomato slices and mozzarella slices alternatively. Season with salt and pepper. Top it with the avocado dressing and serve.
