Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgminced meat
  • Spring onions
  • Cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Red kidney beans
  • Bell peppers
  • Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsolive oil
  • 1scotch bonnet crushed
  • 1 tbsginger and garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add 2 tbs oil, add spring onions, scotch bonnet

    Add minced meat and stirfry till no longer pink

    Add bell peppers,paprika, chilli sauce, cayenne pepper, seasoning and blackpepper

    Spread some mozarella cheese and serve in taco shells.
