Ingredients

500 gself raising flour
3 tbsdessicated coconut
1 teaspooncardamon powder
1 tbsvannila essence
2 tbsmargarine
Warm water
5 tbssugar

Steps

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and rub in

Add water as you knead. Let it rest for like 30mins.

Roll and cut into desired shapes.

In hot oil deep fry them till golden brown and evenly cooked.

Serve with tea or coffee
