Ingredients

  1. 1 cupraw mango pulp
  2. 2 cupAlphonso mango pulp
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupwater
  5. 1medium size lemon juice
  6. 3 &1/2 cup chilled water

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up a saucepan add raw mango pulp, Alphonso mango pulp and sugar mix this well, on medium flame cook it for 5-6 mins or until it becomes translucent. In between add water. Stir the mixture continuously.

    After 5-6 mins add lemon juice and mix well. Now cook it for another 2-3 mins.

    Switch off the flame and let it cool down completely.

    Now add chilled water and strain it to make it more smooth.
