Blanch the veggies, add the juliened carrots and beans in a pot, add a pinch of salt and boil for 6 minutes. Drain and add to ice water for 3 minutes.

Remove from the water and sprinkle some black pepper. Set aside.
Whisk egg and add a pinch of salt and black pepper. To give it color because my yolks were white, I added tumeric. Add a tsp of oil in a fry pan and fry the eggs. Fold into two. And set aside to cool.

Remove the crust of the bread, use a rolling pin and flatten the bread.
Cut the eggs into strips.Spread the cheese or mayonnaise or any favourite bread spread on the bread. Arrange the veggies and egg. Roll the bread.

In a pan add some butter, place the bread until brown. Serve.
