Ingredients

1 hour
  1. 1store bought pie crust
  2. 6large eggs, beaten
  3. 1/3 cupmilk
  4. 1 tbspminced garlic
  5. 1 tspsalt & pepper
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tbspAdobo Seasoning
  8. 1/2tomato sliced
  9. 1/2Jalapeno sliced
  10. 2 cupsMonterey jack cheese, shredded

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Garnish top of quiche with tomato and jalapeno before baking.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients together except the tomato and jalapeno.

  4. 4

    Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and firm to touch! Depends on your oven! Enjoy!
