In a pot add washed chicken, spices,seasoning,ginger and garlic paste and let it cook for 20 30 min

When its done with little remaining of stock add grind Scotch bonnet and onion

Stir until no water,add little oil for shallow fry,keep stirring add little seasoning and curry

Keep stirring for 5 min,until its done like diz

Add eggs and let it seat for 1 min...continue stirring until ur desired egg brownness is achieved
