This is my favorite to go chicken recipe, savoury spicy & sweet at the same time.

Steps

Wash chicken and cut into parts, place in a pot, add 2 Maggie, curry, garlic ginger powder and onions. Cover pot.
Cook the chicken for 10-15minutes. It shouldn't be overcooked. Save the stock for later (romon nama).

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken parts until brown, place on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
Grind attarugu and onions, fry a little and add the chicken stock, slice onions in rounds and add, it should be like a sauce. Season and taste.

Add the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add green & red pepper, black pepper, cumin, Oyster sauce and ketchup. Mix and simmer for another 2 minutes.Voila!
