Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlfresh coconut grated
  2. 1small bowl milk
  3. 1small bowl milk powder
  4. 1/2 bowlsugar
  5. Small amount of water
  6. 5-6saffron threads
  7. 1 tspcardamom
  8. 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients,saute coconut in ghee

    Add milk and milk powder,cook till mixture become thick,soak saffron in lukewarm milk

    Another side make sugar syrup,Add saffron milk

    Mix coconut mix and mix it well,spread on a greased plate,
