Ingredients

  • 1pear
  • 1/4 cupoats
  • 1/2 tablespoonbrown sugar (add depending on your preferences)
  • 1/2 tablespoonground nuts (we used walnut, but will go well with almonds as well)
  • 1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoonunsalted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoondry fruits (we used dried apricots)
  • to tasteHoney or another sweetener
  • 1mango
  • 1banana

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl mix oats with sugar, cinnamon and slightly ground nuts

  3. 3

    Add melted butter and dried fruits, mix again

  4. 4

    Line a pan with a parchment paper

  5. 5

    Cut pear in half. Take out seeds with a spoon (if you want to put more oat mix in the pear, make a bigger hole)

  6. 6

    Grease pear halves with melted butter and fill them with oat mix

  7. 7

    Bake for 25 minutes

  8. 8

    Pour some honey or any other sweetener on top (note: it’s already pretty sweet)

  9. 9

    Meanwhile peel and slice mango and banana
