Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Mozzarella cheese
  3. Spring onions
  4. Parsley
  5. Black pepper
  6. Flour
  7. Breadcrumbs
  8. Egg
  9. Stock powder (maggi,Royco,knorr, etc)
  10. Salt
  11. Dip
  12. Mayo
  13. Fresh chilli
  14. Chilli powder
  15. Light sodium soy sauce
  16. Sweet chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Strain the potatoes thoroughly using a cloth. Once you’re sure that they’re completely waterless, you steam it.

  3. 3

    After steaming the potatoes, add black pepper, salt, and spring onions to it.

  4. 4

    Mix until everything is fully coalesced, make balls and place a cube mozzarella cheese right in the middle.

  5. 5

    Season your flour with turmeric, cumin and stock powder.

  6. 6

    Dust the balls in the finely sieved and seasoned flour, then into the lightly beaten egg and then the bread crumbs.

  7. 7

    Deep fry until golden brown, garnish with fresh parsley and serve

  8. 8

    Make a chilly dip, by combining all the ingredients aforementioned, to go with it. Tadaaa!!!
