1 bowlSemolina
4 bowlwater
To tastesugar
As neededghee
As neededdry fruits chopped

Steps

Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina, cooked on low flame until light brown, add water and stirr continuously.

Cooked 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add sugar to taste.

Stirr well. Mix sugar.

Serve in a bowl garnish with dryfruits.

Serve hot.
