Rub the chicken tenders with a pinch of salt.

For the Thai dipping sauce: Combine white vinegar, granulated sugar, brown sugar, fish sauce, and red chili slices in a pot. Cook until slightly thickened.

Coat the marinated chicken tenders with potato starch.

Dip them in beaten egg.

Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing them on to adhere.

While coating with the dry ingredients, heat oil in a pan. Fry the breadcrumb-coated chicken tenders in the hot oil.
