Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbottle gourd peels(skin)
  2. 1/2 cupdry grated coconut
  3. 1 tbspnroasted peanuts coarse powder
  4. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  5. 1/2 tspsugar
  6. 1tsp chilli powder
  7. 1 pinchasafoetida
  8. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  9. To TasteSalt
  10. 1 tspmustard & cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a kadhai take oil add mustard, cumin seeds, hing, turmeric powder and peels, fry till crisp

  2. 2

    Add sesame seeds, coconut, peanut powder,salt,sugar,chilli powder and roast.

  3. 3

    Mix and fry for 5 mins till it gets roasted.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve
