Ingredients

  1. 1medium size cucumber
  2. 1lemon
  3. 1 tbsgrated ginger
  4. 10-15mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash all ingredients & cut in to slices. Now take a glass jar add cucumber, lemon slices,mint leaves & ginger. Pour 4 glass of water.

    Now put the jar in fridge whole night. Morning consume this water whole day.

  3. 3

    This water helpful for weight loss.
