Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 2carrots thinly sliced
  3. 1yellow bell pepper
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1 tspcumin
  6. 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Add carrots to pan with oil, fry until crisp

    Add onions, stir fry several minutes

    Add yellow bell peppers, stir fry

    Fry the eggs with salt and cumin. Add the veggie mix on one side of the omelette

    Flip the eggs to cover the stuffing
