Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is pale and fluffy.

Mix in the almond milk and vegetable oil.

Gradually add the dry ingredients (rice flour, almond flour, potato starch, and baking powder), mixing as you go.

Pour the batter into a 9-inch (22 cm) springform pan, sprinkle a little almond flour on top, and bake in a conventional oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20–25 minutes.
