Ingredients

  1. 4medium carrot grated
  2. 2-3 tbspsugar
  3. 2 tspheaped raisins
  4. 6-8chopped almonds
  5. 4dry dates chopped
  6. 1 tbspbutter
  7. 3 tbspMilk (optional)
  8. Seeds of 3 cardamom crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your ingredients ready

    Heat butter in a pan

    Add cardamom seeds and sugar, mix

    Add almonds, dates, and raisins and whisk.

    Mix and cook for 4 seconds add carrots and cook for 1 minute whilst stirring.

    If mixture seem too dry add milk and cook for more seconds
