Soak dry dates in water for half to one hour. Make thin slices when they are soft enough, also chop almonds and pistachios.
Boil milk in a pan. When boiled, add sugar, green cardamoms (2 to 3) and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Heat oil in pan for 2 to 3 minutes and crackle cardamoms. Add almonds, pistachios and dry dates until golden fry. Add vermicelli and fry for 2 to 3 minutes; add crushed coconut. Keep stirring the ladle otherwise vermicelli will burn.
Sheer Khorma is ready.
