Seafood fried rice
Simple dish for breakfast or packed lunch.
Steps

Stir the garlic and tomato until the garlic turns brownish

Crack the eggs and stir it in small heat for 1 minute

Put the seafood and stir it for 2-3 minutes in medium heat

Put the rice and stir it for 1-2 minutes
- 5
Put all the condiments except fried shallot and stir it for 3-4 minutes. Adjust the condiments to taste.

Serve straightaway, add a dash of fried shallot.
