Ingredients

  • 1 cuppre-cooked rice, preferably long grain rice or jasmine rice
  • 2 cupsfrozen seafood, defrosted
  • 2eggs
  • 3garlic cloves, diced
  • 1tomato, cube diced
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • Condiments
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespoonoyster sauce or fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonfried shallot

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir the garlic and tomato until the garlic turns brownish

  2. 2

    Crack the eggs and stir it in small heat for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Put the seafood and stir it for 2-3 minutes in medium heat

  4. 4

    Put the rice and stir it for 1-2 minutes

  5. 5

    Put all the condiments except fried shallot and stir it for 3-4 minutes. Adjust the condiments to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve straightaway, add a dash of fried shallot.
