For the dough. Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water and leave it in a warm place for 10 min or until you see bubbles forming from the mixture. Once it bubbles mix in the flour, salt,and oil.. knead the dough to be soft but chapati like. and cover it with a clean cloth and leave it in a warm place to rise for 40 min or more.

Cut the tomatoes and garlic and blend with very little water. HEAT the oil and cook the blended mixture with the tomato paste, add some salt and a beef cube. while stirring occasionally to make it into a thick paste..

Once the dough is ready, use a rolling pin and make it big and circular (not too thin about 3 inchs). Using a fork make small holes throughout the dough to allow it to "breath" (during baking).

Apply the tomato paste mixture on the dough. Sprinkle some mixed herbs. Add the papers, cooked minced meat and grate the cheese on top of the toppings. Bake at 200c for 12 to 15min

You may also choose to use other toppings such as ham, chicken brown and pineapples. Like in this picture.
