Add lobia,bread, in mixi and make fine paste

Now add green chilli and ginger paste

And make fine paste

Add all spices and mix

Make dough like and take skewers

Divide dough in equal parts and make kababs insert skewers in ka babs and press finly

Heat tawa and cook kababs by adding oil from all sides

Serve them with kadhi and chaawal
