In a medium pot add water, apple cider vinegar(to avoid overflowing of cracked eggs) add eggs and bring to a boil roughly 7 minutes

Steaming the broccoli and green beans in salt water, on a non-stick frying pan, add water enough to make a layer bring to a boil and add both broccoli and green beans. put the lid on and steam for few minutes, strain water and ready to serve with hard boiled eggs and meatballs
