Prepare the dough. Add sugar, milk, melted butter stir to dissolve. In a bowl combine flour, yeast, baking powder and salt. Add dissolve milk stir to combine and knead until the dough is soft rest 1 hour.

Filling In a small bowl combine better with matcha powder and sugar

Surface roll the dough in a 12x18 inch rectangle. Spread butter matcha mixture over the top of the rectangle. roll the dough and cut rest 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180 c°. Bake the roll for about 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned
