Heat oil in a skillet.Fry garlic.Then add chopped onion and fry till transparent.Add 1 chopped tomato,chopped capsicum, little salt and black pepper.Set aside.

Prepare the pizza base.Prick with a fork all over the pizza.Smear butter.Then smear pizza sauce.Spread the tomato onion mixture over pizza.Spread sweet corn,capsicum, olives and tomato slices.Sprinkle tomato chilli garlic sauce.Sprinkle dried oregano and chilli flakes.Scrape mozarella cheese over the top.Add chopped parsley or coriander.Preheat oven to 220°C.Place on a grilling rack and bake for 20 minutes or till cheese is slight golden brown and starts melting.Slice pizza and serve hot.
