Boil potatoes by adding zardai ka rang

Then boil cholai by adding baking soda and salt

In a pan add oil then add curry patta and zera then add all spices and in a bowl soak immli then seporate seeds and add the left over water in pan and stir it well

Then add salt and cook for a while then thwn garnish boil potatoes cubes and serve
