Ingredients

  1. 3 tbsSunfloiwer Oil
  2. 1 tbsSesame oil
  3. 1garlic clove chopped
  4. 225 gBroccoli florets cut into small pieces
  5. 115 gsugar snap peas
  6. 1whole Chinese leaf (or Savoy Cabbage) about 450g
  7. 4spring onions finely chopped
  8. 2 tbssoy sauce
  9. 2 tbsdry sherry
  10. 1 tbssesame seeds lightly roasted

  1. 1

    Heat the oils in a wok or large frying pan until really hot, add the garlic and stir fry for about 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    Add the broccoli florets and stir fry for about 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Toss in the Chinese cabbage and spring onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Pour on the soy sauce and sherry and 2-3 tablespoons of water and stir fry for 4 minutes, or until the vegetables are just tender.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
