Ingredients

2 cupRefined flour
1 cupsemolina
1/3 cupoil for moyan
to tasteSalt
1/2sp carom seeds
as neededWater
as neededOil for frying

First take a Big size bowl. Pour Refind flour, semolina, salt, ajwayan mix well. Then add oil mix properly with ur hands.

Then make a tight dough with water. Then take a little bit dough and roll it with designer roller. Then frying the Mathri's.
