Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsgreen tomatoes
  2. 1 cupjaggery
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  5. 1 spoonjeera
  6. Pinchheeng
  7. 1 spoonOil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop tomatoes finely.

  2. 2

    Add oil in pan add hing,jeera and red chilli whole add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add salt,red chilli and garam masala.

  4. 4

    Put 1 cup water and simmer for 10 mins add jaggery and simmer for 10 mins more.
