Ingredients

  • 500 gramschicken breast
  • 400 gramsglutinous rice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • Sauce
  • 4pre-cooked salted egg yolk, beaten
  • 200 mlskimmed milk
  • Butter
  • 3red chilies, chopped
  • 3curry leaves
  • 5 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper
  • Bird’s eye chilies (if you prefer strong spicy taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the chicken into dice.

  2. 2

    Put chicken all into a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Beat an egg. Take a chicken dice, coat it with egg then flour, and put it aside. Repeat for all the dices.

  4. 4

    Deep fry the chicken until it turns golden. Dry it off.

  5. 5

    Heat the pan for salted egg sauce. Melt the butter.

  6. 6

    Stir the garlic until it turns gold. Then stir the chillies.

  7. 7

    Put in the egg yolk and milk. Keep the heat low. Stir until the sauce is equally yellow.

  8. 8

    Add the curry leaves. Then add the salt and pepper to taste. Stir accordingly.

  9. 9

    Put in the chicken and stir until the sauce covers all the chicken dice. Ready to serve.
