Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 tspginger and chilli paste
  4. 1/2 tspENO
  5. 1 1/2 cupwater
  6. For tempering
  7. 1 tspoil
  8. 2-3slit green chillies
  9. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1/4 tspsesame seeds
  11. HandfulCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make a batter with rawa, curd and water
    Add Salt and ginger paste

  2. 2

    Keep the batter aside for ten min
    Keep steamer ready

  3. 3

    Grease a bowl

    Add ENO in the batter just before putting it in the steamer for steaming

  4. 4

    Steam the Dhokla for 10 min
    Do skewer test

  5. 5

    Make tempering
    And pour over the Dhokla
    Enjoy with tea
