Make a batter with rawa, curd and water
Add Salt and ginger paste - 2
Keep the batter aside for ten min
Keep steamer ready - 3
Grease a bowl
Add ENO in the batter just before putting it in the steamer for steaming

Steam the Dhokla for 10 min
Do skewer test - 5
Make tempering
And pour over the Dhokla
Enjoy with tea
