  • 1/2 cupDates
  • I tin of filled evaporated milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove seed from dates

  2. 2

    Wash dates

  3. 3

    Soak for 8 hours

  4. 4

    When soft,blend with milk

  5. 5

    Add little water

  6. 6

    Keep in fridge.

  7. 7

    Serve when cool. Very filling and nutritious 😋
