In a bowl, add water, yeast sugar and salt, whisk then break egg

Whisk and sift flour into the mixture, mix to form a dough, knead for 2 mins, add the butter and it might become to rough, sprinkle little flour to help bring it to form.. knead for 7 mins until smooth, stretchy, non sticky and soft

Apply oil or butter to a bowl, put in dough and cover to rise for an hour or until doubled in size

Punch the dough, bring out and cut out balls, arrange on a parchment paper on baking tray, keep and let it rise again for 30mins or more.

Bake in a pre heated oven
