Ingredients

  1. 400 gmpaneer
  2. 1 tablespoonmilk powder
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 1 tablespoongaram masala powder
  6. 1/2 tablespoonfenugreek leaves
  7. 1 teaspoonkashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 1 cuponion, red capsicum (paste)
  9. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  10. Few garam masala
  11. As neededoil
  12. As neededsalt
  13. 1 tea spoonbutter

    First cut paneer in pieces and keep aside, cut onion, garlic, cashew nut, tomatoes and red capsicum in pieces light fry in the oil in the oven, put in the blender then blend make a puree take 1 cup of masala for making paneer,

    Now heat the pan add oil and butter when boiled add jeera and garam masala fry little then add the onion masala sauteed till oil evaporates from the gravy, then add termaric powder, red chilli powder mix well add the garam masala powder, mix add milk powder keep stir, add kashmiri red chilli powder mix, add kasuri methi to the gravy add paneer pieces keep stirring in the low flame of the oven,

    Add one cup of water cover with the lid when gravy is fully done remove the cover and put in the bowl

    Yummy paneer is ready
