Ingredients

30-mins.
4-Servings
  1. 1 cuproasted Suji
  2. 1 cupgrated lauki
  3. 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  4. 1/2 cup Curd
  5. 1/2 cup coarsely ground masala peanut
  6. 1 tbsp saunf
  7. 1tbsp black sesame
  8. as neededWater
  9. 1tsp eno fruit salt
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. For tempering:-
  13. 1 oil
  14. 1 tsp mustard
  15. 1 tsp white sesame
  16. 1 tsp cumin
  17. 1/2 tsp asafoetida

Cooking Instructions

30-mins.

    Take a bowl and mix Suji,lauki, Schezwan Sauce, salt, saunf, black sesame, curd, crushed masala peanut,oil-1tsp & water to make batter.

    Meanwhile boil water in a big kadhai place greased plate. Now add eno fruit salt and mix well & pour batter in a plate sprinkle masala peanut powder on top cover with lid put some weight on lid & cook for 20-mins.

    For tempering heat small tempering bowl add oil, mustard, cumin when starts cracking add asafoetida and turn off gas pour with spoon on cut dhokla.

    Serve hot tasty Dhokla in a plate.
