Take the fish fillet & marinate with abit salt,lemon juice & turmeric powder for 3-4 hrs

Mix the flour with all the dry ingredients. Now make a batter using water. Should not be runny

Take a karai,put oil fir deep frying. Oil should be on medium heat

Deep the fillet in the batter,remove access. Put in the oil

Put 2 or 3 only don't overcrowd the karai,cause the temperature of the oil could drop

Once golden brown & looks done, remove it

Peel the potatoes,cut into chips.

Fry them aside

Serve the fish n chips with choice of chutney,kachumbari or any choice of condiments
