Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspOil
  2. 5 tbspButter
  3. 1/4 cupGarlic chopped
  4. 2Green Chillies chopped
  5. 1 cupOnion chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 cupTricolor Bell pepper chopped
  8. 1 cupCauliflower florets
  9. 1 cupCarrot chopped
  10. 1 cupPeas (I have used frozen)
  11. 1 tbspTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tspChilli powder
  13. 3 tbspPav bhaji masala
  14. 2 cupsTomato puree
  15. 3 cupsPotatoes boiled and mashed
  16. 1/2 cupFresh cilantro chopped

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a pan.
    Add garlic and green chillies, let it saute for a minute or two.

    Add onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
    Add salt, bell peppers and carrots. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

    Add florets, peas, spices and tomato puree.
    Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add mashed potatoes. 3 tbsp of Butter, kashmiri Chilli powder and cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Yummylicious bhaji is ready.

    Add butter to a pan, rock salt, and coriander, gently cut pavs from center and toast pavs.

  7. 7

    Serve with chopped onions, coriander on top and few drops of lemon on it.
