  • 3potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededoil

    Wash the potatoes well till water is clear

    Now strain the water away and keep it dry

  3. 3

    Add salt,sugar and turmeric powder

    Now heat oil and fry the potatoes till crisp
